Notes: The Carolina Panthers were well down in the lower half of the league as measured by the PossessionPoints stat. They were 25 out of 32 for the season just behind the Titans and Packers. Like the Titans and Packers, they had an 8-8 record, but these teams' records outperformed their PossessionPoints ranking in our view.

Looking forward to 2007 the Panthers need to improve their season long PossessionPoints performance if they want to be in the playoff hunt.
